Your role is changing faster than your identity.
You want work to connect to something deeper.
Finding clarity amidst high optionality.
Making values more than just empty words on the wall.
My coaching is built on Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) — a psychology framework backed by 1300+ randomized controlled trials.
What makes ACT unusual: it's been tested in competitive chess, Olympic athletes, elite music, and high-pressure workplaces — in addition to cutting edge interventions for mental health. Across all domains, ACT improves objectively measured performance.
At its core, ACT is about clarifying your values — what truly matters to you — and then using that to guide your decisions and infuse your day-to-day with meaning and engagement.
Values-connected people show clearer thinking in stressful situations.
Creswell et al., 2014 · Taylor et al., 2005Purpose-driven companies saw 4× higher valuations and 58% reported 10%+ growth.
Deloitte · EY/Harvard Business ReviewBurnout reflects a crisis of values. When work aligns with what matters, exhaustion drops.
Veage et al. · Maslach & LeiterValues alignment increases engagement, reduces turnover, and drives 21% higher profitability.
Gallup · Barrett Values CentreBrief values interventions show benefits months or years later. This isn't ongoing maintenance.
Cohen & Sherman · McGonigalLeaders' avoidance patterns measurably reduce followers' wellbeing. The people around you can see the difference.

I'm a founder turned executive coach. In 2014, I founded Hacker Paradise, a community-based travel company, and bootstrapped it to over half a million in annual revenue before exiting.
After my exit, I spent time at Xenon Partners (a B2B SaaS fund), built several community projects, and went deep into Acceptance and Commitment Training. I now work with founders and leaders to apply these evidence-based practices to the real challenges of building something meaningful.
My training includes advanced ACT supervision with leading researchers, MBSR teacher training, and graduate-level theological study. I also maintain a decade-long meditation practice with extensive silent retreat experience.
Outside of coaching, I write about founder psychology, build contemplative communities, and am a father of two.
